Our S-H-D varieties produce oils that are comparable to the top quality oils produced by traditional varieties!
Olive Oil is always the tastiest and healthiest of the edible oils! However, when considering taste, aromas and chemistry only a very small percentage of the world varieties produce the best oils.
Our cultivars were chosen out of hundreds developed and/or selected with two things in mind: Quality Oils and Low Vigor. During the course of a 30 year study, several low vigor varieties were created or selected yet later abandoned if the quality of the oils did not meet the Highest Standard.
